Parameters	Description
const OdGeTol& tol = OdGeContext::gTol	[in] Geometric tolerance.

true if this matrix is singular, false otherwise.

Checks whether this matrix is singular.

A matrix is singular if and only if its determinant is zero within the specified tolerance.
A singular matrix cannot be inverted.
