SdaiString schemaInstanceName	[in] A string that contains the schema instance name.
SdaiString schemaName	[in] A string that contains the schema name.
SdaiRep repository	[in] A SDAI repository to associate the created schema with.

An identifier of the created schema instance.

Creates a new SDAI schema instance.
