Parameters	Description
OdRxObject* pViewObj = NULL	[in] OdAbstractViewPE compatible object (OdGsView, OdDbViewport or etc.).
OdDbBaseDatabase* pDb = NULL	[in] Pointer to the database context.
OdUInt32 flags = 0	[in] Bitmap device flags.

Returns a the gsBitmapDevice associated with this HostAppServices object.
