What's New

This documentation describes ODA Mechanical SDK version 2023.12.

For a quick start with the Mechanical SDK, please see the Get Started section.

For detailed information about supported platforms and configurations, please see the Supported Platforms.

If you need to decide whether you should move to the 2023.12 version, please see the Improvements and Public API Changes sections below.

Improvements

  • Improved copying AcmPartList objects when they are erased after a copy operation and before pasting.
  • Improved formula evaluation for AcmPartList when a formula contains quoted strings.
  • Improved rendering of balloon leaders.

Public API Changes

  • Modified Sample Code:
    • Improved the OdmSurfSym command. Now it considers whether the current standard allows setting the all-around property. Also, when the all-around property is set, the forced tail property is set automatically. If the current standard does not allow setting the all-around property, the command does not prompt accordingly.

  • Fixed issues:
    • Fixed incorrect access to the index of the array in the AcmBrowserItem object.
    • Click and log in to Jira to see a complete list of fixed issues.

Please refer to the Release Notes for more details about new features, significant changes, and fixed issues or see Release Notes for Previous Versions.
