Returns the value of AdheresToElement attribute. This attribute represents reference to the IfcRelAdheresToElement relationship that uses this IfcSurfaceFeature to adhere or treat the surface of the IfcRelAdheresToElement.RelatingElement.

Returns the value of AdheresToElement attribute.
