This attribute can be used to store various values (values attached to dynamic property etc).

	Name	Description
	createObject	Constructor. Creates an attribute of the OdRxDynamicAttribute type.
	getName	Retrieves the name of the value stored in attribute.
	getValue	This is the overview for the getValue method overload.
