details Creates a new array aggregate.

getArray
getLowerIndex	details Returns lower index, first settled item.
getUpperIndex	details Returns upper index, last settled item.
reindex	details Resize the specified array instance.
resetIndex	details Resize the specified array instance index boundes.
testByIndex	details Check item by index for unset value.
unsetValueByIndex	details Reset item by index to unset value.
