Parameters	Description
OdDbDatabase * pDb	[in] Pointer to the database.
const OdString & layerStateName	[in] LayerState name.

True if there is viewport data associated with specified LayerState; false otherwise.

Returns true if and only if there is viewport data associated with specified LayerState in the specified database.
