Parameters
Parameters 
Description 
OdInt32 nRow 
[in] Row index of the cell.  
OdInt32 nCol 
[in] Column index of the cell.  
Returns

True if the cell content can be edited or false if not.

Description

Returns the "editing content flag" cell property.
