OdAnnotation::setToolbarVisibility Method
Syntax

void setToolbarVisibility(bool state);

Sets the visibility flag of the annotation toolbar. If the flag is true, the toolbar is diplayed when the annotation becomes active, otherwise the toolbar stays hidden.
