Description

Unequality operator for BCF timestamp objects.

Parameters

Parameters	Description
val	[in] Another BCF timestamp value to be compared with (right-hand operand).

Returns

true if the BCF timestamp object is unequal to another BCF timestamp object; otherwise, the method returns false.
