Description

A class that stores a BCF topic metadata.

m_assignedTo	A string that contains the object the topic is assigned to.
m_creationAuthor	A string that contains the topic's author.
m_description	A string that contains the topic's description.
m_guid	A globally unique identifier of the topic.
m_index	The topic's index value.
m_modifiedAuthor	A string that contains the name of the author that modified the topic.
m_pBimSnippet	A smart pointer to the topic's BIM snippet object.
m_pComments	A smart pointer to the comments object that contains topic's comments.
m_pCreationDate	A smart pointer to a timestamp object that contains the date and time of the topic creation.
m_pDocumentReferences	A smart pointer to the document references object, which is related to the topic.
m_pDueDate	A smart pointer to the timestamp object that contains the topic's due date.
