Notification function called while one database is being wblocked to another. 

 

Parameters
Description
pToDb
[in] Destination database.
pFromDb
[in] Source database.
insertionPoint
[in] INSBASE of pToDb.

This function is called during the operation. 

If insertionPoint is specified, the wblock operation is being performed on a set of entities in pFromDb.
