Retrieves a value that represents image selection behavior of a database.

0 if there is no database to vectorize. If a database to vectorize exists, returns a value of the IMAGEHLT system variable:

  • 0 - Image can be selected only via its border.
  • 1 - Image can be selected not only via its border.
