Creates and returns a new OdDgGeoDataInfo object based on placemarks. Coordinate system will be Azimutal Equal Area. First placemark is base of coordinate system. Other placemarks are used for azimuth calculation. Coordinates of placemarks for coordinate system offsets will be converted from model units to meter. If placemark is non-dbro the coordinate walues will not be converted. 

Returns non-null pointer if successful.
