Description
DescriptionAppends a polygon loop.

ReturnseAmbiguousInput if excludeCrossing is true and there are crosses between loops; eOk if a polygon appended successfully.
RemarksOdDb2dPolyline must be closed. This means that it must have three or more points and all points should not lie on one straight line.
