commit Method

This is the overview for the commit method overload.

RevisionControl::commit (OdTfCommitInfo&, OdTfDigest&)
Stores the current workspace changes in a new commit along with a log message from the user describing the changes.
RevisionControl::commit (OdTfCommitInfo&, OdTfDigest&, OdArray<OdDbHandle>&)
Record ceratin changes to tf storage
