This article describes how to export from BimRv to IFC using the OdaBimApp application.

To export to IFC using OdaBimApp:

1. Launch OdaBimApp by building the BimRv archives and the head to the exe folder in the directory where you unpacked the BimRv archives.

2. Open the RVT file you want to export.

3. Choose File > Export to IFC and specify the location and filename of the output file.



4. Choose the export options in the window and launch the export process.

Once the export is complete, you can check the result in the OpenIfcViewer application, which you can get at www.openifcviewer.com.
