OdBmElementCollector::OdBmElementCollector (const OdBmDatabase*, const OdBmDBView*)

Construct a new OdBmElementCollector that will search and filter the set of elements in a database. If pView is not null will constuct OdBmElementCollector for elements having graphics that may be visible in the input view.
