Class implements a markup tessellation buffer for cylinders.

getBaseRadius	Returns the current value of the tessellation cylinder's base radius.
getHeight	Returns the current value of the tessellation cylinder's height.
getTopRadius	Returns the current value of the tessellation cylinder's top radius.
setCylinder	Sets a new tessellation cylinder.
