Class stores boundary representation data.

addConnex	Adds a specified connex to the connex array.
boundingBox	This is the overview for the boundingBox method overload.
brep	Returns B-Rep data as an OdBrBrep object.
connex	Returns the current array of connex entities.
contentBody	This is the overview for the contentBody method overload.
getSerialType	Returns the current serial type of the body.
setConnexs	Sets a new connex array.
updateCoedgeNeighbours	Recalculates the neighboring coEdges for all coEdges in the body.
