A class that stores and operates a BCF project data.

Creates a new project object with default parameters.

getName	This is the overview for the getName method overload.
getProjectId	Retrieves the project identifier.
inFields	Reads XML data into ODA data structures.
isNameUnset	Defines whether the BCF project name is not initialized.
isProjectIdUnset	Defines whether the project identifier is not initialized.
outFields	Writes data into XML structures.
setName	Sets the BCF project name.
validate	Checks whether the project instance has all required fields initialized.
