A class that stores and operates header data of a BCF file.

createObject	Creates a new header object from specified BCF files.
getFile	This is the overview for the getFile method overload.
inFields	Reads XML data into ODA data structures.
isFileUnset	Defines whether the array of file object associated with the header is not initialized.
outFields	Writes data into XML structures.
setFile	Sets file associated with the header object.
validate	Checks whether the header instance has all required fields initialized.
