[out] Passed-in parameter for returning the indicator of whether the ModelerGeometry object is periodic in the V direction. bIsPeriodic is true if the ModelerGeometry object is periodic in the V direction, otherwise it is false. |

Determines whether the ModelerGeometry object is periodic in the V direction.
