Sets the data content of the ResBuf object using the specified 32-bit Integer value only if the stored group code has an Integer type. 

This method generates the OdError_InvalidResBuf exception when the stored data type does not correspond to the Integer32 type. Use the ((OdInt32)value) instruction to convert the passed value.
