OdDgLineStyleTableRecord::getSnappableFlag Method
Returns the snappable flag of the linestyle table record.
If true, snap to geometry of a linestyle (dashes, symbols, etc.) is enabled. Otherwise the geometry of the linestyle is ignored during the snap process.
