Parameters	Description
const OdGeVector3d& normal	[in] WCS normal to plane of feature control frame.
const OdGeVector3d& direction	[in] WCS X-axis direction vector of feature control frame.

Sets the orientation vectors of this feature control frame (DXF 210 and 11).
