getBlockAttributeValue Method

	OdDbTable::getBlockAttributeValue (OdInt32, OdInt32, OdInt32, OdDbObjectId&)	Returns the attribute value of the block cell using the specified object ID key.
	OdDbTable::getBlockAttributeValue (OdUInt32, OdUInt32, OdDbObjectId&, OdString&)	Gets the attribute value for the specified Object ID OdDb::key for the specified cell in this table entity.
