Default constructor.

finishBumps	Retrieves the Finish Bumps part of the Platic material.
plastic	Retrieves the base part of the Plastic material.
plastic	Retrieves the base part of the Plastic material as a constant.
relief	Retrieves the additional relief part of the Plastic material.
