RxProperty for database categories collection. Collects databse's elements categories.

createObject	Retuns an OdBmDatabaseCategoriesProperty object.
subNewValueIterator	Sets the it to the beginning of the CategoriesNodes, itEnd - to the end. Retruns the instance of the I struct.
subTryGetCount	Counts the size of the CategoriesNodes.
