Determines if the curve is degenerate and if so returns the type of entity that the curve degenerates.  
 
OdGeCurve2d::isDegenerate (OdGeEntity2d*&, OdGeTol&) 
Determines if the curve is degenerate and if so returns the entity that the curve degenerates into.
