A class that implements working with IFC deviation parameters.

	OdIfcDeviationParams	Creates a new set of deviation parameters with the specified values.

	Name	Description
	getDeviation	Retrieves the current deviation value.
	getMaxPerCircle	Retrieves the current maximum number of circle segments.
	getMinPerCircle	Retrieves the current minimum number of circle segments.
	setDeviation	Sets a new deviation value for the parameters set.
	setMaxPerCircle	Sets a new maximum number of circle segments.
	setMinPerCircle	Sets a new minimum number of circle segments.
