Parameters	Description
const OdString& strPath	[in] File path.
OdDbPointCloudExItemPtr& item	[out] Pointer to the object of the class implementing the OdDbPointCloudExItem interface for the specified file.

Status of the operation as the OdResult value.

Returns a pointer to an object of the class implementing the OdDbPointCloudItem interface given the path to a Point Cloud scan file in .rcs format.

Not implemented. If called, returns eNotImplemented.
